Sometimes a simple glance through a photo album is all it takes to bring a smile to someone's face. Watching their expressions as they see their photos for the first time and witnessing that I have achieved what I set out to do and given them something they will treasure is just the most rewarding feeling.

This is one of the many perks of being a photographer.

Photography has been an interest of mine from a young age. My late Grandfather was a well-respected and talented photographer, who on many a Sunday afternoon, took the opportunity to go through albums and slideshows of stunning photographs which he had taken over the years. I always admired his passion for his work, which came across as he told the stories behind his photographs and how he came to capture them.

I remember the real spark came for me after my first session in the "dark room" during my time at college. Watching the photograph I had captured and developed gradually appear in front of me was so exciting and something which I had not seen before. I began to understand more so why my Grandfather had taken such a pride in the work he had created. My passion for Photography continued to grow throughout my 2nd year, focusing more on Digital Photography and the endless possibilities it creates.

Since then my ambition was always to work as a photographer. After a few years of doing photography as more of a hobby, I decided to pursue my aspirations. The response I received was extremely encouraging and supportive, which reassured me that I had made the right decision to become a wedding & family lifestyle photographer.

My ultimate focus is to make people happy by capturing those precious moments in a way which they will treasure forever. I provide a professional and friendly service before, during and after the shoot; ensuring customer satisfaction is always achieved.

Many people believe they have their best photographs taken unknowingly or when they are not focusing on how they look in front of the camera. With this in mind, I generally have a natural, photo-journalistic style to my photography as I feel that it enables me to capture those real moments and expressions, be it at a wedding or during a family portrait session. I try to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible by engaging with them and helping them to relax during their shoot. giving me the opportunity to take photographs they will truly be happy with.
